Wordless Wednesday: Flu Shot

If you haven't gotten your flu shot yet, 
GO GET IT TO BE PROTECTED.

It's just a little bruise.

  1. I wonder if the flu shot is available here. I am not too afraid of needles but I won't be eagerly running for one either!:) That bruise looks a big big!:) Thanks for hosting Joyce.

  2. Ice, ice , ice! I bruise real easily too.they also have a very hard time taking blood from me & have to stick me many times... ouch! I still plan on getting a flu shot tho.

  3. What the heck? That's massive. I got mine. The kids get their shots later this month. I've never had that kind of bruise from one. I've only had reactions from the allergy shots I should be getting still. My arm swells up like a golf ball is popping out with them.

  5. I'll have to pass...I see no use on getting a flu shot since every time I do I actually get the flu. So, I hope your bruise gets better soon!

  6. Wow, that's a pretty colourful bruise! Hope it wasn't too painful. But I'm sure it's better than coming down with the flu for weeks on end!

    I had mine 2 weeks ago no problem had a blood test last week and had the biggest bruise it was black arrghhh.

  12. Our boss is bribing people with $10 to go get a free flu shot, but I'm not convinced it's a good idea ...

  14. I think it's a bit early for us yet. usually closer to December they start giving them out.
    but we didn't get them last year and we were ok....so not sure about this year.

  16. I plan on getting mine next week. I have to time it just right (when my doc gives the okay) because I have a compromised immune system and it has to be done at a specific time. So annoying.
