    To avoid injuries? What are the children doing, trying to shove them down each other's throats? Part of me wants to know what ridiculous numbskull decided the balls are dangerous, and part of me just wants to take a ball to the playground and give it to the nearest kid.

    The kids had been throwing them in a rough manner, and kids have gotten hurt.
