  13. I think that the family stickers (without names!) on the minivans are cute.

    What I don't like to see are the signs people put in their yards for the various holidays announcing their children's names. It's like "Hey, let's show every perv in town that I have boy children/girl children, how many, where they live, and what their names are."

    Doesn't this go against what we're taught about child safety? That what we were taught where I grew up. Little kids don't always understand the concept of "stranger" and think that a person isn't a stranger if the person/creep uses the child's name. Familiarity makes the child easier to lure into harm's way. And these personalized yard sign users are handing that familiarity over to them voluntarily.
