Wordless Wednesday: Lea & Hans Drive a Minivan
Even the most exciting people eventually turn into boring adults.
I think that the family stickers (without names!) on the minivans are cute.
What I don't like to see are the signs people put in their yards for the various holidays announcing their children's names. It's like "Hey, let's show every perv in town that I have boy children/girl children, how many, where they live, and what their names are."
Doesn't this go against what we're taught about child safety? That what we were taught where I grew up. Little kids don't always understand the concept of "stranger" and think that a person isn't a stranger if the person/creep uses the child's name. Familiarity makes the child easier to lure into harm's way. And these personalized yard sign users are handing that familiarity over to them voluntarily.
Hey, that is sort of cool. Never seen that before
ReplyDeleteWell that is an interesting take on the stick family. I kind of like it.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love that - it sort of makes the minivan a bit more "cool"!!!
ReplyDeletethis is a cute one! I've never seen this version before too ;p

ReplyDeleteI saw a skull bone family on a car just this weekend. I was thinking I hadn't seen that version before.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great thought! And it's so true, now I think about it!
ReplyDeleteI think it looks good meself better than having them tattooed on your butt :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a tanfasticated day ;-)
I don't know if I agree. I think I am a more exciting adult than I was a younger person.
ReplyDeleteI have a storm trooper family on my car, but I totally want these!!
ReplyDeleteThis is totally awesome :)
ReplyDeleteLove those stickers. Saw one the other day advertising for a mate.
ReplyDeleteHugs and chocolate,
Shelly
