Meet Benny!

We got a new puppy, and here is a song just for him!


Elton John sings about our "Benny and the Pets."


What a face!


I think the cuteness is a safety feature to keep him alive after he does his puppy antics -- chewing, pooping in the house -- he thinks I'm his chew toy!


But after he creates havoc, he falls asleep.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE your new puppy! How cute!!! Girl, you are in for a wild ride with that dude...
    You know I have a dogsitting business, right? At this very moment, lying (sleeping, thankfully) is a 7 month old chihuahua mix named Buddy. He lives with his greyhound sister Farrah. He's an angel. Pretty darn good for a puppy. He was very lucky: he was rescued from the shelter ONE DAY before he was scheduled to be euthanized. Don't even get me started on that topic!

    Great song choices. Love me some Elton John. Benny & the Jets is one of my favs. I never heard Harry Nilsson's puppy song. I like it!

    Ahhh, what a cute pup! Those sweet little eyes are definitely Awww Mondays picture purrrfect! I love your song choices! "Benny and the Jets" is a fabulous oldie. "The Puppy Song" is new-to-me. It's cute little ditty. Thanks for sharing and have a pAwesome week!

    Oh my goodness, your new puppy is too cute! Okay, everyone all together.... awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww He's so dreamy for sure! As you know I have... excuse me had a black Labrador because now he's BROWN. He lost his winter coat and when summer came he turn brown.. go figure! hahaha Good luck with your cutie pie & love your puppy song.     Cute puppy, cuter Puppy Song. This was a new Harry Nilsson song for me, or so I thought, because apparently it was used in the opening credits of the movie You've Got Mail. Well, that was a lot of years ago and I guess I didn't remember, lol. So I also found out that Nilsson wrote that song at the request of Paul McCartney. Thanks for reintroducing me to that song!     I am very familiar with the Bennie and the Jets song - but had never seen the video and it blew me away. What an artistic experience, especially if you like dance.
