Wordless Wednesday: Appreciated!
Here are a few of the Valentine's I received from my students. I teach a pull out program called APEX for Intellectually Gifted kids. I feel super appreciated.
I just love handwritten notes from kids. *sorry about the crossouts is hilarious! My daughter is in 3rd grade and I get a lot of crossouts in the notes she writes me too.
Awww, that's wonderful! What a blessing!! I'm hoping my son will get into the gifted program where we've moved to. They're moving extremely slow and my son is bored!
How wonderful to be appreciated and know you are making a difference. Congratulations. Purrs and hugs from the kitties at www.thecatonmyhead.com, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
When my mom died in 1990 I cleaned out her desk (she was a reading teacher for 17 years) I found notes all in her desk drawer, much like yours. One of the hardest things I have ever done. Sorry, to be a downer but it brought back memories. Teachers touch lives and often don't realize the power of their influence. Blessings to you. Your post touched my heart!
