My humorous thoughts about life.
"My Humorous and Helpful Thoughts About Teaching / Educational Resources for Your
Classroom / Music and Random Fun"
As Wordless Wednesday rolls around, I realize blogging has taken the backseat. I've been busy with work; however, today was different. I was at school for two hours, once again not feeling top notch. I felt bad enough to go home, so I did and slept for four hours. When I got up, I saw my doctor. I have a virus that will just need to run its course. I still have a headache, am feeling blah, and have stomach issues, so I'm going to stay home another day. In all honesty, I haven't felt good all week and am pretty sure I ran a fever Friday night. So, here's to rest.
You don't want a photo of me right now, so I'm posting the good looking people––my son and his girlfriend on New Year's Eve. Aren't they cute?
I've volunteered to be part of a performance of several fifties songs and have been attempting to learn the words by listening to the music in my car. My poodle skirt is ordered, and we have a couple of weeks to pull the show together. Here's a sample of some of the songs we will perform. We do not sing the entire songs, just small snippets.
Today's theme is "What I Would Like 2017 to Be Like." It needs to be better than 2016, and it wouldn't take much. Last year was awful. We lost many great people and talents.

I pray that World War III does not start in 2017 because I fear the world is ripe for it.
#3 BFG Math Word Problems - Look at her. She doesn't even have a cover and will probably slip back into the #1 spot now that these other holidays have ended. Should I revise or not? That has been a question on my mind. I say, "If it ain't broke . . ."
#5 Logic Problems to Last the Year - I would like to see this one move up to the #1 spot and do have high hopes as I've promoted this product heavily on Pinterest and have watched her sales soar.
Originally, we were to post ten items. The message says "Ten" all over the post, yet someone reduced it to the top five. Since my #6 product has been steadily moving up, I decided to go ahead and include her. My bad.
#6 Research Analogies - This one does better since I added a cover, so maybe I need to do that with the others. I have a lot of work to do. :)
I've gotten the message loud and clear ––SEASONAL PRODUCTS SELL. As a result, I've recently made two new bundles modeled after products #1 & #2 and am working on a third. I must admit, I've learned a lot about making products since joining TpT. These newer products are actually better than the top sellers. Please check them out!
My daughter was driving down the street listening to this song.
With the weather being unseasonably warm, she rolled down the window. Outside,
a gathering of Christians celebrating Christmas with a Nativity play glared at
her. She said, "I'm going to H%ll." That's how she knows she f-upped.
Tomorrow is Christmas, and it's not too late to do some holiday shopping. I'm having a 20% off sale in my Teachers Pay Teachers store along with several other TpT store owners. We've teamed together for a sale AND a giveaway for two $25 gift cards.
