than the itsy bitsy spider, and no one
sings it better than Carly Simon.

There is something funny about Carly Simon singing this song. I do like the photos / cartoons.
Cool idea for a bloghop. Itsy Bitsy spider always reminds me of when I was a little girl. :-)
Thanks for the memories, Joyce. One of the scarier nursery rhymes!
Thanks for joining us this week at the Let's Get Social Sunday party. have a wonderful week!
I remember this little nursery rhyme from my childhood and I taught it to my children, but I never have heard Carly Simon's version of it till now. Thanks for bringing a smile to my face on the dance floor on Monday's Music Moves Me! ;)
Carly Simon....heeheee she used to "Let the River Run". I loved that song...reminds me of my rowing machine at home and cranking the volume up full in my bedroom.
Good Times
A new one for me. I like it, I'm impressed. Carly Simon just had another fan.
Happy MM :)
HA! Boy, did I EVER sing that song a bunch of times over the weekend!
My daughter has that book and loves it! I'll have share the song with her too.
I had to hear it to believe it! :)
I love the beautiful and very talented Carly Simon.
This is perfect. Everytime I hear this song I'll remember how I turned into a story that let my kids laughed until they almost pee :)
Love it!
Have a joyful week.
I didn't even know she sang a version of this song.
Well go Carly Simon! Thank you for sharing.
now that was interesting!
Carly Simon is as dumb as a fox. Take a child's song that is as old as the hills, and put a new snow cap on top, and surprise a brand new melody with a mountain of love! It will definitely sore I'm sure. Thanks for sharing a new one with us.
I am so liking this for some strange reason today.
Thanks for playing this week.
Love it! Very cool and sweet at the same time. That doesn't often happen.
Never would have believed it had you not blogged it! Weirdly wonderful! I'm okay with spiders (my 2 sons and hubby are shit-scared) and quite calmly lift and see them outdoors! Cool video, though.
Wow.. I Loved it!!
New twist definitely!
I'd like the see the spider sing it.
This was one of my favorite songs as a kid. Interesting twist. :D
