Tomorrow is the first day of school for the kids here in Memphis; however, the weather is hotter than ever with days in the upper nineties or breaking into triple digits. I'm back to work, but the air conditioning in my portable isn't. Men worked on it Friday, and I'm praying they'll be back, tomorrow. Luckily, my kids don't come to me just yet. I couldn't host them in my portable if they did.
I love summer vacation and would enjoy Sitting on the Dock of the Bay with Otis; however, no bays near me or lazy sitting days.
Since school is starting, the songs need to be educational, like this one made for a sixth grade class studying weather. Way to go!
And if I'm gonna play an educational song,
I've got to share my favorite one!

Oh, if only i'd had songs like that to help me learn when i was young! Now i will have The Archies in my head the rest of the afternoon, but that song was worth it.
You start school too early down there! They have another month off up here. And it's been very hot here as well.
