Wordless Wednesday: Appreciated!

Here are a few of the Valentine's I received from my students. I teach a pull out program called APEX for Intellectually Gifted kids. I feel super appreciated.

I like the one that says, "Sorry for the crossouts." They are all pretty sweet.

I just love handwritten notes from kids. *sorry about the crossouts is hilarious! My daughter is in 3rd grade and I get a lot of crossouts in the notes she writes me too.

Awww, that's wonderful! What a blessing!! I'm hoping my son will get into the gifted program where we've moved to. They're moving extremely slow and my son is bored!

When my mom died in 1990 I cleaned out her desk (she was a reading teacher for 17 years) I found notes all in her desk drawer, much like yours. One of the hardest things I have ever done. Sorry, to be a downer but it brought back memories. Teachers touch lives and often don't realize the power of their influence. Blessings to you. Your post touched my heart!

NanaHood is the second half of the motherhood journey.

Thanks for linking up and hosting!

Thanks for feeding my brain :) My kids don't even give me cards like these anymore. Maybe next year I will trick them into making some!
