It's 28' today. My flowers did the same thing last year and died young. I hate seeing this in February. All it means is that I'll have no flowers in my yard when the real spring arrives.
Daffodils and tulips dont have much weather sense. Give them a few degrees warmer and up they come. Thanks for stopping by this week I appreciate it. Karren Oh My Heartsie Girl

Those poor flowers! They are just like all of us - over the winter!!!
Yes, they're as sick of the winter as we are! Just hope they survive :)
They must be waiting for spring too. Beautiful pics.
Aww, I hope they make it. It's kind of early, no?
All ours are still frozen in ice!
They're like, "Bring spring back!"
I remember living in WA and the crocus coming up in February. I love seeing color in the winter. =)
spring will come...just have to wait a lil bit longer..cheers from Indonesia..
Hee hee! We're getting all our bulbs up here in Seattle, and I'm pretty confident they'll survive. I love seeing those first shoots of green.
The weather is a bit balmy here too
Can't stop I need to floss
Maybe they'll live!
When you see the first signs of spring, that often means first signs of winter for me. I am not ready.
Can't wait until we get signs of spring

They're just sick of the cold too, and ready to bloom. :)
We've got thick ice-skating ice here still (I'm guessing you already know since your daughter's in the same state). :)
Haha! I loved the title! SO cute. Suicidal or not, they are pretty.
Happy WW!

Poor confused cuties! I can't wait until flowers start blooming in Delaware.
I'd go check mine but, it's like 2 degrees outside and there's 4 inches of snow over them. yuck...

Oh no! that surely would not be happening here now.
Mother Nature really needs to lay off the booze this year. :)
Aw, I hope they survive. I'd love to see some flowers.
It's 25 below 0 here and way too cold.

Looks like the plants are as confused as us humans.
