Silly Sunday: Spanish Test

An eighth grader was asked to take a practice probe to help him prepare for achievement tests. After he logged into the program, he raised his hand and said in a condescending voice, "Ah, my test is in Spanish, and I don't speak Spanish."

Please notice question number one on his test...

Caffe latte, cappuccino, and café au lait are all words or phrases from other countries that mean drinks made with ________________.

a. Chocolate
b. Coffee
c. Sugar
d. Tea

That is hilarious! I'm a Spanish teacher, so this is really funny to me. :) Thank you also for coming over to my blog and commenting - sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Your wonderful comments got sent to "spam" (stupid spam filters sometimes) and I didn't see them until just now. Wonderful blog and you have a new follower! Cheers!

Hi Joyce. I am not a C&W fan either. But I was stuck today and couldn't think of a single thing. My daughter had told me about the OL Red song and I did think it was funny.

Please give me any suggestions and I will gladly choose those for you. I am a rock and roll, blues and jazz person but am not up on any of the new stuff. I never listen to music anymore. I am still stuck back with The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Gun N Roses, Bon Jovi, etc.... I'll take any help I can get.

I am already doing so many memes I may have to drop the music one anyway. I really love photography and I need more time to hone my skills.

No more country....just for you!

Happy week!:-)

I remember going to school with quite a few of these kids. I remember one girl came to school after taking her drivers test in a huff because the driving instructor told her to adjust her rear view mirror. Her response was "Oh no thank you. I don't need to fix my make up." Yes, she really thought that's what that mirror was for and the instructor knocked a point off her grade.

Ha! Leave it to an eighth grader to come up with some half-baked excuse! By the way, I LOVE your dog's tongue.
